Can I change my registration details after submission?
Yes, you can update your registration details by logging into your account and editing your submission up to 48 hours before the event.
What happens if I arrive late to the competition?
Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Refund Policy for Competition Participants
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. If you need to cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a full refund if the request is made at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may incur a processing fee.
In the event of a competition cancellation by Tiene Tumbao, all participants will receive a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. For any issues, contact our support team directly.
